William Smith

William Smith is an experienced solid waste management professional currently serving as the Solid Waste Division Manager for the City of Watsonville since January 2022. Prior roles include Solid Waste Superintendent for the City of Amarillo from July 2019 to November 2021, and Refuse Superintendent for the City of Hanford Public Works from March 2013 to October 2017.
