Courtney Clarke

Courtney Clarke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Vice President and Institutional Portfolio Manager at PMA Financial Network, LLC since April 2020, Courtney also holds the position of Mayor and has been a City Council Member for the City of Waukee since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Courtney was the Director of Marketing & Communications at Miles Capital, Inc. from December 2009 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading the marketing function and executing strategic plans. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP and Client Services Manager at WB Capital Management Inc., managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Courtney Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with dual focuses on International Business and French from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, completed in 2004.
