Kailey Anderson Phr, Mba-Hr

Kailey Anderson, PHR, MBA-HR, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Kailey currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Waukesha, a role they have been in since December 2020. Prior to this, Kailey worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same organization from June 2017 to December 2020.

Before joining the City of Waukesha, Kailey served as the Human Resources Supervisor at the Hartford Union High School District from August 2016 to June 2017. Kailey also worked as a Human Resources Consultant and later as a Human Resources Manager at Clearwing Productions from June 2015 to November 2016. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Clearwing Productions from June 2015 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Kailey worked at Carroll University, where they held multiple roles including Employment and Benefits Coordinator from February 2012 to June 2015, Employee and HR IT Coordinator from January 2011 to February 2012, and Human Resources Assistant from August 2010 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at The Big Backyard from September 2010 to September 2012 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Waukesha State Bank from May 2009 to August 2010.

Kailey Anderson, PHR, MBA-HR, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Herzing University. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Arts and Science from UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.

In terms of certifications, Kailey Anderson obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2015. Kailey also completed the Human Resources Professional Series and the Foundations for Human Resources Administration Series from MRA - The Management Association in May 2011 and May 2010, respectively.
