Samuel Walker

Samuel Walker, MBA, MSML, AAS, RES, CPM, currently serves as the City Assessor for the City of Waukesha since August 2020, overseeing the valuation and assessment of various property types and maintaining critical assessment documentation. Prior to this role, Samuel held positions as Director of Reappraisals at the Pulaski County Assessor's Office, where responsibilities included managing the valuations department and all reappraisal functions, and as Chief Deputy Assessor at Wayne Township, tasked with implementing property tax assessment laws and supervising office personnel. Earlier experience includes a role as Imaging Technician/PTABOA Assistant at the Allen County Assessor's Office. Samuel's educational background includes multiple degrees from Western Governors University, with a focus on management and business administration, complemented by leadership training from local governance programs and associations.
