Dustin began their career as a Computer Support Specialist and progressed through various IT and administrative roles, including Network Administrator positions at both the City of White Settlement and Comfort Experts. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, a study abroad experience in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
