James Metcalfe

James Metcalfe has over two decades of experience in the field of utilities operations, having previously worked as a General Manager for Chatfield Water Supply Corporation and as the Owner/Project Manager of Metcalfe Environmental Services. Currently serving as the Utilities Operations Manager - Field Operations at the City of Waxahachie, James has a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from Sul Ross State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University.
