Justin Stoker

Justin Stoker is currently the Senior Director of Public Works and Engineering at the City of Waxahachie. Prior to this, Justin held various positions within public works departments in cities such as Mesquite and West Jordan. Justin also has experience as a City Council Member and Planning Commissioner in West Jordan. Justin has a Master of Public Administration degree from ASU and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University.
