Kumar Gali, P.E., CFM, D.WRE is an accomplished professional in the field of utilities and public works management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Utilities for the City of Waxahachie since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kumar held significant positions including Assistant Director of Public Works - Operations and Assistant Director of Public Works - Engineering for the City of Coppell, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, managing capital improvement projects, and coordinating multiple engineering processes. Kumar also served as Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Naperville and spent over 12 years at CDM Smith as a Project Manager/Senior Water Resources Engineer, contributing to water supply development and regulatory compliance across municipalities.
