Kyle Cooper is the Senior Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Waxahachie since October 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles such as Recreation Manager for the City of Keller and Surface Landman at JWCI Petroleum Land Consultants. Cooper has a strong background in recreation management, overseeing various programs and events, as well as in land negotiations for oil and gas. Additional experience includes roles in the City of Fort Worth, WEST BRANCH YMCA, LA Fitness, and YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, where responsibilities spanned from fitness direction to personal training and camp management. Kyle Cooper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Tarleton State University.
