David Kuppler

David Kuppler currently serves as an Alderman for Ward 3 in the City of St. Peters, Missouri, since May 2023. Prior to this role, David has held the position of Administrative Specialist III in Parks & Recreation for the City of Wentzville since February 2021. Additionally, David's extensive experience includes serving as Group Manager of Health & Environmental Services for the City of Saint Peters from November 1987 to October 2019.
