JuLee Vajgrt serves as the Lead HR Generalist for the City of West Allis since May 2019, previously holding the role of Human Resources Generalist. With a strong background in human resources, JuLee worked at PDS Paragon Development Systems from January 2015 to December 2018 as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Earlier experience includes positions at Manpower as a Talent Placement Specialist, Actaea Works Ltd as Director of Guest Relations, and Narada Records as International Sales Manager. JuLee's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.
