Shelly Kerwin

Shelly (Paige) Kerwin possesses extensive experience in the architectural and construction fields, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Plan Reviewer for the City of West Allis since May 2015, Kerwin is responsible for reviewing building plans and ensuring compliance with regulations. As the President of A Paige of Designs, Inc. since 1997, Kerwin has led the preparation of commercial, residential, and remodeling drawings through to construction documents for various projects. Previous roles include Building Inspector at Independent Inspections, Department Supervisor/Architect at Rugg & Knopp, Inc., and Draftsman at Losee & Associates, contributing to a diverse range of projects including fire stations, banks, and residential developments. Shelly (Paige) Kerwin holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, completed in 1987.
