Makayla Swenson

Makayla Swenson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of West Fargo, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Prairie St. John's from October 2019 to November 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Representative at Sanford Health between May 2018 and October 2019. Makayla began a career in human resources as a Team Member at Target from May 2015 to June 2018 and also held the role of Philanthropy Chair for Delta Zeta Sorority from January 2014 to December 2015. Makayla earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, graduating in 2017.
