Andrew Chartier

Andrew Chartier currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Mayor for the City of West Haven, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Customer Experience, Marketing, & Ecommerce Lead at Better Rhodes from February 2021 to September 2025. Andrew also has experience as a Customer Service Manager at Adagio Teas from December 2017 to December 2019 and at Melt Bakery from June 2013 to December 2017. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Hartford, which was completed between 2002 and 2006.
