C. David Culbertson

C. David Culbertson currently serves as the Sr. Project Manager and City Arborist for the City of West Sacramento's Department of Parks and Recreation, focusing on enhancing urban landscapes and tree management. Previous experience includes roles as Branch Manager at Coast Landscape Management and Area Superintendent at BrightView Landscapes, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple branches. C. David Culbertson also held the position of Regional Manager at New Image Landscape, managing operations in the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Areas, and Maintenance Superintendent at ValleyCrest Companies, where oversight of large landscape construction projects occurred. Earlier roles involved coordinating a farmer's market and supervising greenhouse operations at BYU-Idaho, as well as an internship at Hargreaves Associates. C. David Culbertson earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Brigham Young University - Idaho and studied at the BYU Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies.
