Brett Cast

Brett Cast currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of West University Place since June 2023. Prior to this role, Brett was the Capital Improvement Program Manager for the Town of Flower Mound from April 2022 to June 2023. Experience also includes positions as Chief Budget Officer and Engineering Service Coordinator for the City of Corinth, Project Estimator, Senior Inside Sales Representative, and Inside Sales Representative at Core & Main, Water Operator at the Trinity River Authority of Texas, and a Food Service Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Early career roles include Customer Service Representative and Lifeguard for the City of College Station. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
