Robert Shoemaker is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Analyst currently working at the City of Westerville since June 2023. Prior roles include GIS Specialist at American Electric Power from January 2020 to June 2023, and GIS Specialist at EASi Engineering from July 2015 to January 2020.
