Kathy Lewin

Kathy Lewin (Dzugan) is an experienced municipal services leader currently serving as the General Manager of Municipal Services for the City of Wetaskiwin since May 2021, overseeing various functions including public works, utilities, waste management, and development. Previous roles include Manager of Infrastructure Services at the Town of Morinville for a brief period in early 2021, and Director of Infrastructure at the City of Beaumont from 2007 to 2020, focusing on asset management and environmental services. Kathy's career began at the City of Edmonton, where significant engineering and design work was performed from 1998 to 2006. Kathy holds a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from NAIT, completed between 1996 and 1998.
