John Woolgar

John Woolgar serves as the Director of Recreation and Culture at the City of White Rock since February 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Manager of Aquatic and Arena Services at the City of Richmond from October 2014 to February 2023. Earlier in their career, John was the Vice President of Operations and Facility Development at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver from January 2005 to October 2014.
