Andrew Hudspeth

Andrew Hudspeth, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Specialist and Employee Relations Officer for the City of Wichita Kansas since December 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Andrew has held leadership roles at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital as Executive Director of Human Resources, Kansas Christian Home as Director of Human Resources, and Via Christi Health as Director of Human Resources. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Custom Cupboards Inc. and Youthville, along with roles at Kansas Department of Commerce and On-Line Communications. Andrew's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Newman University, ongoing doctoral studies in Business Administration at Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. Andrew is well-versed in employee relations, development, compliance, and recruitment processes.
