Betty Schrader is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over two decades. Prior experience includes managing talent development and training at Winston Brands, Inc., and overseeing corporate professional development training at Beechcraft, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of training programs for over 5,000 employees. Betty holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Human Resources Development from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and an Associate's degree in Business Education from Wichita State University.
