Joe Sullivan

Joe Sullivan has a diverse work experience in the field of law enforcement, charity work, and business development. Joe currently serves as the President of Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation, a charity that supports the families of fallen first responders and various children's charities. Joe has also held leadership roles in the City of Wichita Kansas as Chief of Police and Lawmen Supply Company as a Business Development executive. Prior to this, Joe had a long career with the Philadelphia Police Department, where they held various positions including Deputy Commissioner Patrol Operations, Chief Inspector Commanding Officer Domestic Preparedness and Homeland Security Bureau, Chief Inspector Commanding Officer Training Bureau, Commanding Officer Northwest Division, Commanding Officer Narcotics Division, and Commanding Officer 9th District. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in managing personnel and budgets, implementing data-driven initiatives, building relationships with communities, and ensuring public safety.

Joe Sullivan's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Public Safety from Saint Joseph's University. Joe also studied Criminal Justice/Police Science and Criminal Justice and Corrections at Penn State University. Additionally, Joe has attended various training programs and seminars, such as the FBI National Academy, Advanced Counter Terrorism Training Seminar in Israel, Leadership In Counter Terrorism Program in Scotland, and Executive Management Dignitary Protection by the U.S. Secret Service. Joe has obtained certifications in areas such as hazardous materials, hazardous response, counter-terrorism, and SWAT training. Joe also completed a Bomb Squad Executive Management Course at the U.S. Army Ordinance Munitions and Electronics Maintenance School, as well as training in ICS (Incident Command System) by FEMA. Joe holds an active security clearance from the FBI.
