Lance Dixon has over 30 years of diverse experience in real estate, housing programs, and public safety. Currently employed as a Real Property Program Specialist for the City of Wichita, Kansas, since September 2019, Lance coordinates the Wichita Land Bank and manages affordable housing projects while liaising with multiple city departments. Previous roles include Compliance Assistant and Housing Specialist, where oversight of federally funded programs and public housing eligibility were key responsibilities.
