David Jay

David Jay, MBA, has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served at the City of Williamsburg, Virginia, since June 2007 in various roles including Police Major, Lieutenant, Sergeant, and Officer. Prior to this, David held the position of Police Officer at William & Mary from June 2005 to June 2007. Academically, David earned a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary between 2016 and 2019 and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The University of Virginia's College at Wise, completed in 2005. David's educational journey began with a high school diploma from St. Paul VI Catholic High School in 2001.
