David Juma

David Juma, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Williston City Engineer for the City of Williston, North Dakota, since September 2020. Prior to this role, David held various positions including General Manager at MMI Excavation, Project Manager at JMAC Resources, Inc., and Flow Test Supervisor at Badlands Consulting, LLC. David began professional work as an Engineering Intern at Railroad Specialties, Inc., and advanced to Project Manager at Allied Engineering Services Inc.
