Leslie Valiant

Leslie Valiant is an experienced city administrator and economic development professional, currently serving as the City Administrator for the City of Willmar since July 2021. Prior to this role, Leslie held the position of Economic Development Director at the Spicer Economic Development Authority from February 2015 to July 2021, and was both City Administrator and Economic Development Director for Spicer from April 2009 to July 2021. Leslie Valiant holds a degree in Accounting/Business Management from The College of St. Scholastica and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Ridgewater College.
