R. Aubrey Parsley

R. Aubrey Parsley, P.E. currently serves as the Director of Economic Development and Director of Rail Realignment for the City of Wilmington, NC, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, R. R. Aubrey Parsley began a career at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard from August 2009 to September 2011 as a Naval Architect. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida (2004-2009).
