Wim Combs

Wim Combs, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for the City of Wilmington, NC, since March 2019, providing engineering, technical, and administrative guidance for municipal capital projects, overseeing consulting engineers and contractors, and managing public and contractor relations. Prior to this role, Combs worked as a Construction Project Coordinator at Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, where responsibilities included developing construction schedules and monitoring project status. Early experience includes volunteering at Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, serving as a Planning Engineer at Thai Nippon Steel Engineering and Construction, and interning as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Chevron. Combs holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology.
