Erin Malloy

Erin Malloy, ENP, CMCP, is an experienced professional in emergency communications, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Communications for the City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government since August 1996. Prior roles include Emergency Communications Shift Supervisor and Emergency Communications Specialist. Erin Malloy also held the position of Northeastern Regional Director for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) from February 2016 to June 2023. Education includes participation in the Leading, Educating and Developing program at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia in 2007, and completion of a Public Administration Certificate Program at Shenandoah University in 2005.
