Michelle Moxley-Peltier, BESc, P.Eng, currently serves as the Community Energy Plan Administrator for the City of Windsor, overseeing the implementation of the city's Community Energy Plan. This role involves developing detailed business plans and researching innovative practices to enhance strategy effectiveness. Prior experience includes positions at Statistics Canada as a Renumerator and at Enbridge as a Senior Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from hydraulic design and analysis of pipeline facilities to facilitating facilities plans. Michelle also held various engineering roles at Union Gas, focusing on system planning and project management for natural gas projects. Additional experience includes manufacturing engineering positions at International Truck and Engine Corporation and Ford Motor Company, where contributions led to improvements in production quality and efficiency. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering and several professional certifications, including in leadership and project management.
