Enrique Silveyra

Enrique Silveyra is an experienced building by-law officer with a robust background in quality control and project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently employed as a Building By Law Officer for the City of Windsor since May 2022, Enrique previously held roles such as CSR Building & Planning at the same city from April 2016 to April 2022, and a Supervisor position at Nemak from September 2014 to October 2015. Enrique's earlier experience includes overseeing concrete quality assurance at BURNCO Rock Products Ltd, supervising at SGS, and managing quality control at Strescon Limited and Co-Pipe Products Inc. Educational achievements include certifications in precast and prestressed concrete, civil engineering technology, and various Ontario Building Code disciplines from various institutions.
