Gaspar Horvath is an experienced forestry and arboricultural consultant with a diverse background, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Arboriculture since 2014, focusing on private lands forest management, natural habitat restoration, and invasive species control. Since 2018, Gaspar has held several supervisory roles within the City of Windsor, overseeing municipal tree operations, parks maintenance, and urban forestry programs. Previous experience includes positions at Rutter Urban Forestry, LEAF, Black Creek Conservation Project, and Toronto and Region Conservation, alongside research and teaching roles at Iowa State University, University of Guelph, and New Zealand Forest Research Institute. Gaspar holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry from Lakehead University.
