Phong Nguy

Phong Nguy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Maintenance, Field, and Contracts for the City of Windsor since June 2001. In this role, Phong Nguy oversees all maintenance activities related to the public right-of-way, including roads, sidewalks, and sewers. Previously, Phong Nguy held the position of Acting Executive Director of Operations/Deputy City Engineer, focusing on strategic planning and project management for the city's engineering functions. Phong Nguy began the career as a Geotech Engineer at Golder Associates from June 1992 to June 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor.
