Sarah Meneses

Sarah Meneses, P.Eng, currently serves as the Environmental Compliance Coordinator at the City of Windsor, a role held since November 2019, after progressing through positions as Engineer II and Engineer I. Prior to this, Sarah gained experience as an Environmental Engineer at GHD, where responsibilities included project coordination, contractor procurement, and supervising field activities related to soil and groundwater sampling. Experience as an Environmental Site Assessor at Watters Environmental Group Inc. involved conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, reviewing historical records, and preparing assessment reports in compliance with Canadian standards. Earlier career roles included Junior Project Engineer at Tridyne Projects Corporation and customer service positions at Canadian Tire. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor.
