Peter joined the college as Vice Principal in October 2017 and was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in January 2022.
His remit includes finance, funding and compliance, facilities and procurement and IT.
Amongst his key areas of focus are to optimise the resources available to students, the college’s campus transformation programme and to work with the Board of Governors to assure the long-term financial sustainability of the college.
Prior to joining the college, Peter worked for more than five years as Finance Director of a further education college having previously spent more than 10 years working in KPMG’s national education team. In addition to auditing colleges, Peter supported a range of organisations and funding bodies with regards to finance and funding matters.
Peter is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
