Kimberly Coulter

Kimberly Coulter has been working at the City of Woodbury, Minnesota since June 1999 as an Administrative Assistant for Building Inspections and as a Utility Billing Technician. Prior to that, Kimberly was employed at Xcel Energy from June 1992 to June 1999 as a Large C & I Technician. Kimberly graduated from Saint Paul College with certificates in Business/Commerce and Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry in 1988.
