Erica Roden, CHRP, CRSP, has extensive experience in Human Resources and Health and Safety management. Erica has worked in various organizations such as City of Woodstock, Riverside Millwork Group, Township of Wilmot, and Linamar Corporation. Erica has a Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from Conestoga College and another Certificate in Human Resources Management. Erica has managed recruitment, onboarding, health and safety inspections, quality management systems, and various HR initiatives throughout their career.
