Elizabeth Madera

Elizabeth Madera is an experienced professional currently serving as a Telephone Interviewer at UMass Chan Medical School since February 2024, working on various survey projects. Simultaneously, Elizabeth has held the position of Secretary for the City of Worcester since August 2017. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth worked at AstraZeneca from March 2004 to August 2017, progressing from Production Operator to Lead Operator. Elizabeth also served as Program Manager at the Center for Women from December 1999 to March 2004, where responsibilities included managing service requests, developing a database, and overseeing inventory control related to program needs.
