Jarrett Conner has extensive experience in public finance and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works for Administration and Finance for the City of Worcester since November 2005. In this role, Jarrett oversees a department with a $100 million operating budget and significant capital funding, managing over 450 employees. Previous roles include Budget Director/Assistant Treasurer, where Jarrett directed a $660 million annual budget, developed a long-term financial strategy, and improved the city's bond ratings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Worcester Regional Research Bureau, contributing to municipal and regional public policy research. Jarrett Conner holds an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master's degree in Political Science from Fordham University, and a Bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
