Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore is a communications professional with extensive experience in public health and municipal communications. Currently serving as a Staff Writer in the Office of the City Manager for the City of Worcester since November 2021, Matthew develops speeches and messaging that align with the City Manager's priorities while collaborating on various communication materials to promote the city's initiatives and accomplishments. Previous roles include Public Health Communications Specialist, where Matthew launched a regional newsletter and revitalized social media presence. Matthew also has a background in higher education communications as a Communications Coordinator at Brown University School of Public Health, and in marketing and public relations through positions at Oldways Preservation Trust and An Unbalanced Breakfast. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
