Pamela Masters

Pamela Masters is an experienced emergency management professional currently serving as the Region 2 HMCC Program Manager for the City of Worcester since June 2021. Previously, Pamela held the position of Emergency Preparedness Healthcare Coalition Facilitator at District 4 Public Health from February 2011 to May 2021, where responsibilities included serving as the COVID-19 Liaison Officer and managing community partnerships and training. Additional experience includes roles such as Region 3 Public Health Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Emergency Response Specialist for Adil Business Systems, focusing on H1N1 pandemic response. Pamela's past positions also encompass benefits eligibility assessment and case management across various healthcare settings. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Emergency Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, a Leadership Development Certificate from Mercer University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
