Timothy then pursued further studies at The Johns Hopkins University, completing their MA in Government between 1994 and 1997. Finally, Timothy attended the Harvard Kennedy School from 1997 to 1999, earning an MPP/UP degree with a specialization in Public Policy & Urban Planning.
