Nikki Posterli, BBA, MSW has held various administrative and managerial roles throughout their career in the financial and public sectors. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Malone University, Nikki has a strong educational background. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Director of Community Planning & Economic Development at City Of Youngstown since September 2019, Nikki previously worked at Mahoning County as a Program Administrator and Accounting Administrator. Prior to that, Nikki held the position of Assistant Vice President- Branch Sales Manager at Home Savings & Loan Company and Assistant Manager at Financial Exchange Co.
