Thomas Hetrick

Thomas Hetrick is the President of Council at the City Of Youngstown. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Nutrition Educator at Bon Secours Mercy Health and as a Neighborhood Planner at Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation, where Thomas managed the creation of neighborhood plans, conducted market segmentation analysis, and coordinated public meetings. Thomas also has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Ohio State University College of Engineering and as an Ohio College Guide at AmeriCorps. Thomas holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
