Claire has managed a wide range of projects, such as renovations, abatements, demolitions, new constructions, and tenant improvements. Claire's roles have included Vice President, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Manager/Planner. Claire's skills in budgeting, design scheduling, coordination, and execution have been essential in successfully completing projects throughout their career.

The City of Yuba City was established in 1849 and incorporated in 1908 and provides a variety of municipal services. These include but are not limited to Police, Park, Parks & Rec, Public Works, Water, Waster Water, Economic Development and Finance. Yuba City is home to Sunsweet Prunes and a variety of other agriculturall based businesses and as such is known as Northern California's Agricultural Hub. Historically the City has also been called the "Peach Bowl of the World" and the"Prune Capital of the World."
