Fermin Preciado P.e.

Fermin Preciado, P.E. has served in various engineering roles in the public and private sectors. Currently, at the City of Yucaipa, Fermin holds the position of Director of Development Services/City Engineer. Prior to this, Fermin worked as an Assistant Civil Engineer at the City of San Bernardino and as an Engineering Manager at Westcoast Performance Products. Fermin earned a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Redlands.
