Pawel Gawor has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Pawel is currently the Chief Executive Officer at City Pop, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member, COO, and Head of Expansion at City Pop from 2021 to 2023. Before joining City Pop, Pawel co-founded Pepe Housing in 2015, a leading student housing platform in Poland. At VISIONAPARTMENTS, they held multiple positions including Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2021, Group Head of Operations from 2017 to 2018, Group Head of International Project Management from 2016 to 2017, and Development Manager from 2015 to 2016. Pawel also has experience working at Lear Corporation as European Trim Operations and at PwC as a Consultant. Pawel started their career at Unilever as an Implementation Specialist.
Pawel Gawor obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2010, and then pursued further education at the University of Silesia in Katowice, earning another Master's degree in Law from 2010 to 2013.
