Tash Hearn

Tash Hearn is the Head of Partnerships at Lightstate since May 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in property management and business development. Previous roles include Property Specialist at Hinch Property Management, Head of Asset Management and Asset Manager at Paramount Properties, and Property Manager at Finders Keepers. Tash has a proven track record in managing bids and securing new business, particularly through innovative solutions for vulnerable populations during tenure as Business Development Manager at Catch22. Tash has also held positions in property management and marketing at Spanish Homes and Hi-media Search, and completed a Public Relations internship at Kind Consumer. Tash holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the University of Nottingham.
