Penny Kievet

Penny Kievet is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and resource development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at City Rescue Mission since June 2009, Penny oversees operations for an organization that has been aiding the homeless in Jacksonville since 1946. Previously held roles include Director of Faculty Recruitment and Sourcing at the American Management Association, where Penny enhanced the quality of independent contractors, and Director of Sales Management, responsible for significant regional growth. As an Independent Consultant, management and training services were delivered to corporate clients, primarily the American Management Association. Early experience includes serving as Principal/Director of Development at St. Mary's High School, where enrollment and fundraising increased significantly, and as a Professor/Director of Forensics at William Jewell College, focused on curriculum development and faculty leadership. Penny Kievet holds a BS in Speech, Theatre, and Education from the University of Central Missouri and Missouri Valley College.
