Raymond Casher

Raymond Casher has extensive experience in facility management and community service, with previous roles at the City School District of New Rochelle, New Rochelle PD, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Starting as Chief Engineer, Raymond transitioned into Recruitment within the U.S. Coast Guard before serving as a Community Service Officer at the New Rochelle PD. Currently, Raymond holds the position of Assistant Director of Facilities at the City School District of New Rochelle.
